Our plane was delayed for 4 hours!

Totally redid Syd's room. Megan was feeling a bit left out. So. Yeah. I pretty much rocked her room remodel today. I have an idea for a mural too, but someone has to cook dinner. Maybe tomorrow!

Twas the night before Christmas

Everyone was sleeping...why wasn't I?

I got a wild hair.

Our plan was to buy Sydney accessories for her bedroom for christmas. Do a little makeover. Including paint. The more I thought about it, the more this seemed like giving her a disassembled bike and saying "merry Christmas! We'll get around to that later." so I decided to paint her room. At 10 o'clock at night. On Christmas eve. I actually flew through it and even managed to hang a curtain rod (straight and even without measuring ).

I almost wanted to open her presents and make her room up for her, but that'd be a bit much probably. I'll be posting after pictures real soon.

Christmas Eve!

"When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?" psalm 8:3&4

This has been said so many times...but there is some serious truth to it. During all the busy-ness of Christmas I want to stop and consider the great gift that I've been given. Thank you Jesus that are mindful of me!

This is a test.

I want to have a website I can update from my phone. Do I switch to this?

I started a blog and I'm going to stick with it, maybe.

I have done it! I reserved a name and I am going to start a blog. *gasp* I know! I realize that I am one of the first people to ever do this, so I am really just trying to blaze a trail here. I am sure everyone will catch on and will start doing a blog soon. (obviously this is sarcastic. right?)
